New Clinical Care Phone Numbers
New phone numbers have been assigned to TRICARE West Region clinical care representatives. Beneficiaries currently working with a clinical specialist have been made aware of this change. The old numbers will be transferred to the new numbers for 30 days following this change to ensure continued contact. TRICARE West Region’s main phone line is not changing and will remain 888-TRIWEST (874-9378).
When to Report Other Health Insurance
Other health insurance is any health insurance other than TRICARE. It is important to keep OHI records updated. Please don’t report OHI if TRICARE is the primary health coverage.
